Data we process
Navigation data
The servers that host this site record technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure, such as IP address, requested resource, time of the request, response code and browser type. These logs are used to operate and protect the site and to produce aggregate statistics; they are not used to identify visitors.
Data you provide
When you request a demonstration or write to us, we process the data you provide — name, business e-mail, company, role, country and the information about your production — to answer your request.

Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your request (demonstration, information, partnership, application): steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Operating and securing the site: our legitimate interest in a working and secure website (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Analytics: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Data is processed by authorised Metalya staff and by providers acting on our behalf as processors, such as the hosting provider and our customer-relationship platform (HubSpot).
Transfers outside the EU
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses (arts. 45–46 GDPR).
Retention
Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than permitted by law. Navigation logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability; you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@metalya.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
